Zumba is very infectious and is definitely an exciting fitness sensation!
According to the Zumba website, “Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be ‘FUN AND EASY TO DO’ in order for Zumba participants to stick to the Zumba fitness program to achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is not only great for the body, but it is also great for the mind. It is a ‘feel happy’ workout.”
Admit it music can soothe one’s mood. Music is proven also to increase motivation when working out. There are a lot of gym that includes dancing such as belly dancing, ballet, salsa but most particularly the Zumba as one of their work out activity. Zumba helps us to burn those unwanted fats stored from eating chips while working, or that 2 scoops of ice cream you enjoyed over the weekend.
Zumba is an exciting activity that encourages all individuals of all sizes, shapes and ages. The benefit of dancing is to achieve that tone muscles, increase endurance, it will boost your confidence and you will feel better. Zumba mostly are done inside a gym however nowadays zumba are done outside and it’s a lot fun!
Group of people, passers are also encouraged to dance.

As part of the monthly group activity Bbo Co., Ltd – Philippine Branch conducted another exciting activity for the employees. For the month of September we’ve decided to let the whole team bring out the dancer in them. We hired a professional Zumba dance coach from our gym partner Anytime Fitness.
We conducted our first zumba session outside the gym last September 27, 2019 at 7:00pm – 8:00pm at The Walk It Park, Apas Cebu City headed by Coach Franz Osalla.
Zumba can help us achieve a healthy body and mind.
It relieves our stresses, loosen our muscles and helps release happy hormones. Anyone who is trying to get the most benefit from zumba should do the exercise at lease 3 to 4 times a week. Achieving longevity in our lives is not merely living longer. It’s also about living better by eating healthy, proper diet , exercise and most of being happy.
