After check in we took our first experience to Taiwanese street foods and milk tea of course! Part of travelling is the fun we get not just by the place but also the taste of food and drinks. This is a must try milk tea drink in the heart if Taiwan.
This is a street food found around Taipei. You can get them on a very reasonable price. We all enjoyed our street food experience! After Lunch we had our City tour: We ride on their double decker bus and experienced the tourist attractions of Taipei. We went to Chiang Kai Shek Memorial Hall, Longshan Temple, Sun Yat Sen Memorial Hall, National Museum, Martyr’s Shrine and we passed by the famous Taipei 101.
This is the most prominent historical landmark in Taiwan. The Memorial Hall is white with four sides. The roof is blue and octagonal, a shape that picks up the symbolism of the number eight, a number traditionally associated in Asia with abundance and good fortune.
Towering above the city like the gigantic bamboo stalk it was designed to resemble, Taipei 101 is impossible to miss.
After the City Tour we were luck enough to meet and greet our Taiwan counterparts and of course our Big Boss. Taiwan counterparts prepared a very delicious food for everyone. We conducted some activities to test how well employees know our products and the company. Everyone had fun and we ended the day bringing all the good things our bosses have shared. We will claim that we will be Asia’s no. 1 in this line of business.

Giving a company retreat is one way of appreciating and thanking the contributions of employees. This will result to boost employees morale and fostering better communication and teamwork. Company activities as grand as this needs careful planning and budgeting. The success of any activity will depend on the planning of the management. It’s also important that you include the employees’ suggestions or opinions.
The company should organize activities that they can work as a group or activities that they can work on individually. It is always a great idea to take employees out of the office once in a while and achieve positive effect.
